It depends on where you are. UK orders will take 3-5 business days to arrive if you've selected the standard delivery option when placing your order. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-12 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
For standard shipping our delivery partner is Hermes. All deliveries are fully tracked. For next day deliveries, we use Royal Mail 'Special Delivery by 1pm'.
For International orders, we use DPD, FedEx, DHL and ParcelForce.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Our shipping partners do not operate on Sundays and bank holidays.
If for whatever reason you're not satisfied with your order, you can return any unwanted items (excluding sale items) to us within 14 days of delivery. Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags intact. If you would like to exchange it for a different size, please contact our Sales Team at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you decide you don't want to exchange the item. We will refund you once we receive your order. The refund will be the total value of the order excluding any delivery charges you have paid. If you had received Free delivery as part of a promotion and your order value falls below the promotional requirement, then refunds will be after deducting the delivery charges.

You will be required to provide a reason for your return and whether you would like return, refund or replacement.
Returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Abaya Lounge will not reimburse any costs to return the items. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us.
Returns, exchanges and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items.
You are NOT eligible to return any items in the order that was purchased as part of the sale. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. Once you have received the items, get in touch with our Customer Care Team and send the items back to us in their original condition and we will refund you the purchase.

We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours. If you wish to receive your order the next working day, you must place the order before 12pm. Any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day for it to be delivered the day after.

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry! You can simply reset your password by clicking 'Forgot Password?' and then entering your email address. You will then be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
If you have made a mistake when placing an order, you will be able to change your shipping address under your account. If your order has been dispatched already then unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order and you will have to arrange your own collection from the address it was shipped out to.
